The short version
I started out like a lot of Fort Wayne kids, then headed to Texas where I co-founded JSL Marketing and Web Design. Over seven years I built it from nothing into an agency with a team of about ten employees plus contractors, serving clients across Texas, Michigan, Indiana, and California.
We earned Clutch recognition as a Top B2B Company in Texas for 2021, ranking #3 in Texas for web design, plus back-to-back UpCity National Excellence honors. I was invited into the Forbes Agency Council, where I served as an official member from 2019 through 2024, and I was named one of the Top 20 SEO Consultants in the US.
After a successful buyout and exit, I came back to Fort Wayne and started Prestige Collective, bringing everything I learned building an agency at scale to the local businesses I care about most.
Before the agency
My sales career started on the phones and in the field. At Smart Circle I became the fastest-promoted owner-operator in company history and the #1 sales rep in the country out of 1,200, running my own Fort Wayne office and personally training dozens of reps.
That ground-level experience, hundreds of face-to-face conversations with business owners every week, is what shaped how I think about marketing. Strategy is only useful when it reaches the customer and helps the sale.
