How working with us works, in plain English

No fine print games. This page is the plain English summary of the terms every client signs before work begins, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before you ever see a contract.

When you become a client, you sign a short services agreement that matches this page. If anything here and anything in a sales conversation ever disagree, the signed agreement is what counts, and we will fix the page.

How the plans work

Our work comes in three levels: Launch for newer and owner operated businesses, Growth for established companies, and Scale for market leaders and multi location businesses. Each level has a clear monthly price and a written list of what it includes, posted publicly on our pricing page. Your signed proposal lists your exact scope, and that scope, not a sales pitch, is what we deliver.

Never Miss a Lead, our missed call and after hours lead capture system, is also available on its own for $750 setup plus $400 per month, and it is included inside Growth and Scale at no extra line item.

The pilot and month to month terms

• Launch is month to month from day one.
• Growth and Scale start with a 90 day pilot, then continue month to month. The pilot gives the work time to produce real numbers, and gives you a fair point to judge us on them.
• Growth setup waiver: the $1,000 Growth setup fee is waived if you choose a 6 month commitment instead of the pilot. Either way, it is spelled out in writing before you sign.

We do not do 12 month lock-ins. After the pilot or commitment period, your plan simply continues month to month until you cancel.

Setup fees and payments

• Setup fees cover the build work that makes the monthly work effective: tracking, profiles, systems, and baseline reporting. Growth setup is $1,000 (waived with the 6 month commitment above), Scale setup is $1,500, and Never Miss a Lead on its own carries a $750 setup. Launch retainers have no setup fee.
• The setup fee is due at signing. The monthly fee is billed in advance, starting on your start date and then on the same day each month.
• Ad spend is never part of your retainer. You pay Google and Meta directly from your own accounts, so your spend stays under your control. Inside Scale, ad management is included up to $5,000 in monthly spend, at 15 percent above that. Standalone ad management is 15 percent of spend with a $750 per month minimum.
• If a payment runs more than 7 days late, we may pause work until the account is current. We will always tell you before anything pauses.

What we guarantee, and what we do not

We guarantee the work: the deliverables in your proposal, done on schedule, and a plain English monthly report showing what was done and what it produced. You will never wonder what your money did.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, map positions, review counts, or lead volumes, and you should be careful with any agency that does. Rankings and leads depend on Google, your market, your competition, and your customers. What we control is the quality and consistency of the work, and that is what we stand behind.

Changes to your plan

You can move up a level, add a service, or trim scope at any time. Changes are agreed in writing before anything changes, including any price change. If your budget needs to shrink, we will reduce the scope to fit it. We do not quietly discount a bigger plan, because a watered down plan serves nobody.

Cancellation

After your pilot or commitment period, either side can cancel with 30 days written notice, by email. Fees already paid for the current month are not refundable, and we keep working through the end of the notice period unless you ask us to stop sooner. No exit fees, no cancellation penalties, no hard feelings.

What you own

Once your fees are paid in full, you own your website content, your copy, your photos and video we produced for you, your customer data, and your reviews. Your domain name is registered in your name and stays yours. Your accounts, from Google Business Profile to your ad accounts, are yours; we work in them with manager access, never by holding your passwords. We keep our own tools, templates, and know how, the same way your business keeps its own.

Photos, video, and showing the work

We may feature photos, video, and results from our work together in our portfolio and marketing, because showing real work is how good local businesses get found, and it puts your name in front of our audience too. If you would rather opt out, tell us in writing at any time and we will stop and remove what is reasonably removable within 30 days. It never affects your service.
